Collecting Belongings from Hostel

Students who have left behind their personal belongings in their respective hostels are allowed to collect their belongings if and only if he/she receives approval from the Warden and the Students’ Welfare office. Students must provide ID card as proof whenever requested.

Procedure

• Send an email to the Faculty Advisor and Hostel Warden to get their approval. (Email ID of professor and warden will be available in these links: https://www.nitt.edu/home/academics/departments/faculty/, https://www.nitt.edu/home/students/facilitiesnservices/hostelsnmess/administration/)

• After getting their approval, send an email of the approval by the Warden to the Students Welfare Office.
• After the approval from the Students’ Welfare office, show your ID card and the approval form at the Security Office.
