Swimming Pool

• Download the medical fitness form and letter of undertaking:https://www.nitt.edu/home/academics/formats/Swimming-Pool-FORMS.pdf
• Fill the forms in the last pages with required details.
• Get the signature from Doctor on medical certificate (MC), and the persons on his/her undertaking.
• Pay the swimming pool fee in SBI collect or cash counter of institute and get the challan.
• Submit the challan, MC, undertaking to senior SAS assistant.
